charming stay near sagrada família!
helpful staff quick elevators excellent breakfast
The staff was helpful, offering clear directions and recommendations! the elevators worked quickly. i found the breakfast selection excellent. It included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. it gave us a good start for a busy day of sightseeing!!!
the wifi signal was a little weak in the evenings.

our double room included a comfortable bed with fresh linens. complimentary toiletries were supplied daily. the air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a consistent temperature, and the blackout curtains allowed for restful sleep. the room size was adequate.

quality soap daily cleaning bottled water
The room included complimentary bottled water that was replaced daily. The bathroom provided quality shampoo body soap and lotion which I found great. I appreciated that the staff cleaned the room and replaced towels every morning. The air conditioning worked very good.
The breakfast lacked variety.

Acceptable but with noticeable issues
dated room decor poor sound insulation
The bathroom size was good and it was to be in decent condition.
The room decor felt quite dated. It needs a fresh coat of paint. Sound insulation was a problem. I overheard conversations next door quite easily. The bed linens consisted of only two sheets, uncomfortable. Requesting an extra quilt proved impossible. The hotel claimed they only had enough for the rooms, i thought this was ODD.
